DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Before training: Consume 1 or 2 serves, 20 minutes prior to training, in 350-700ml ice cold water.

After training: Consume 1 or 2 serves immediately after training, in 350-700ml ice cold water.

Non-training days: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350-700ml ice cold water between meals.
