Description
Feed your collagen to help TRAIN, BUILD and RECOVER every single time. The total protein in our body consists of approximately 30% collagen. Making it an integral aspect of how we go about our daily lives.
This protein is a specific combination of bioactive dietary peptide from hydrolysed bovine collagen. It is made using a unique process by recreating a digestive process with specific acids and enzymes capable of making a specific functioning blend. Every batch is tested to confirm the presence and activity of the specific peptides to ensure efficacy and consistency.
- Enhances Fat Loss
- Accelerates Recovery
- Helps Improve Strength & Performance
- Increases Collagen Production
It is important to note that no two Collagen Peptides are the same. ATP Science use specific German-engineered Bovine Collagen Peptides, each with specific functions in the body. Our collagen is made up of type I and type III.
Available in 12 naturally sweetened flavours including LATTE SERIES for the coffee lovers and NOWAY JUICY if you prefer more of a juice consistency!
WHAT IS A PEPTIDE?
Peptides are specific cleaved shorter strands of amino acid sequences that provide a function that is specific to where they orientate in the body. They are functional, bioactive, and work as building blocks to other forms of proteins in the body – collagen is a perfect example. They act as a more specific instructor to a task.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PROTEIN IN NOWAY?
Type I Collagen – The role of type I collagen is predominantly in bone and osteogenesis and is more of a stiffer structured collagen form capable of lasting the compressibility of day-to-day life like that on our tougher rigid structures like joints for example. Type I is also involved in cell-matrix signalling pathways and extracellular health. Think of your scaffolding type structures that need to be a bit tougher, everything gets built into and around, bone, skin aspects, tendons, and blood vessels, and some aspects of muscle, etc.
Type III – Type III collagen function is very interesting – it is found more in vessels and hollow organs of the body. It is also involved in the critical element of wound healing and the interaction of blood platelets in the survival capability of blood clotting in animals and humans. The tissues that must withstand stretching and contraction like that of the uterus and the bowel are two major areas where type III collagen is required in the body.
HOW MUCH DO I NEED?
Studies conducted on show the best serving size is 15g each day for optimal absorption and utilization in the body.
